Our client manages and promotes brands, provides world-class customer service and develops leading technology solutions. Their strength lies in their diversity of experience, the quality of their people, in-depth knowledge of the online environment and international network.
The key in this company is their employees as they realize that this is their biggest asset and for the right candidate there are a lot of career opportunities. The company has over 700 employees and has their market in Europe, Canada and Australia.
Their offices have a picture-postcard view of the famous Table Mountain, and are within close commute to the city centre. They offer a relaxed and ‘vibey' office environment and even free meals daily as well as massages available regularly! The company will organize and pay for you accommodation that lies within walking distance to the office for the first three months.
You will conduct your job in 50/50 in your native language and English
Job requirements:
• Native in Norwegian/Finnish/Czech/
• You will need to have good knowledge and understanding of the culture and way of life in the specific country, as you will get involved with marketing plans and promotional ideas
• Strong service orientation (experience in a customer service related field, e.g. hospitality, retail, call-centre)
• Be able to work shifts as the company works on a 24/7 basis based on the time zones of the country being serviced
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
